At Wantara, every scarf is made with care and shipped with the same attention. This page covers everything you need to know about how and when your order gets to you.
Order Processing Time
All Wantara scarves are made in-house and personalized specifically for you. Because every piece is custom-crafted, we require a processing period before your order is dispatched.
- Standard Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Extended Processing Time: Up to 5 to 8 business days during high-volume or peak periods
- Business Days: Monday through Friday
- Excluded from Processing: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and U.S. federal public holidays
Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, on Saturday, or on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window equals processing days plus transit days.

We offer three shipping methods. Transit times below apply after your order has been dispatched from our facility in Los Angeles, California.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days within the continental United States. (standard carrier timelines apply)
- Shipping Charges: $8.00 to $12.00 (depending upon weight)
Priority Shipping
- Estimated Transit Time: Faster delivery; exact timeline shown at checkout
- Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout
Express Shipping
- Estimated Transit Time: Fastest available option; exact timeline shown at checkout
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
- Condition: Orders containing 2 or more items qualify for free shipping
- Promotional Variations: Free shipping thresholds may change during special promotions or seasonal sales. The applicable condition will always be shown at checkout at the time of purchase

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Order Tracking
Yes, all shipments are fully trackable. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. You can also use your carrier's tracking portal at any time.
International Shipping
Wantara ships worldwide. We are happy to deliver our personalized scarves to customers across the globe.
- Ships To: Worldwide
- Europe Estimated Transit Time: 10 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Other International Destinations: Delivery timelines vary by country and will be estimated at checkout
- International Shipping Cost: Calculated by package weight at checkout
- Customs Duties and Import Taxes: These are the responsibility of the customer. Wantara does not cover import fees, customs duties, or taxes charged by the destination country
- Shipping Restrictions: None at this time
Changing Your Delivery Address
Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at mail@wantara.com or +1 (323) 435-9077. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make address changes. Please reach out anyway, and we will advise you based on the carrier's available options.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mail@wantara.com. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf, investigate the matter, and keep you updated throughout the process.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended during major U.S. public holidays and high-volume shopping periods. Our processing facility observes the following U.S. federal holidays, on which orders will not be processed:
- New Year's Day — January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day — Third Monday of January
- Presidents' Day — Third Monday of February
- Memorial Day — Last Monday of May
- Independence Day — July 4
- Labor Day — First Monday of September
- Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday of November
- Day After Thanksgiving — Fourth Friday of November
- Christmas Day — December 25
Orders placed on or immediately before these dates will begin processing on the next available business day. For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance during the holiday season.
Please Note: All delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by Wantara. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
