Click “Create Your Scarf,” “Start Designing,” “Shop Collection,” or the “Designs” tab. Choose a template, customize colors, size, text, add photos. Preview updates in real time. Takes 2–5 minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Stripe. Secure SSL payments. No fees for US buyers.
How long until I receive my scarf?
Production: 2 business days after approval
Shipping: Standard 5–7 days | Express 2–3 days
What if my order is delayed?
Check your account or contact support. If it’s our fault, we cover shipping or refund fully.
What if my scarf is defective?
Contact support within 7 days with photos. We replace or refund within 48 hours after review.
Do you offer rush orders or express shipping?
Yes. Contact us before ordering. Rush fees may apply.
What materials and sizes are used?
100% premium man-made pashmina, soft, lightweight, hypoallergenic. Size: 27 × 74 in (68 × 188 cm) with fringe.
How do I care for my scarf?
Hand wash cold with mild detergent or gentle machine wash. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Will the print fade?
We use dye-sublimation printing—colors stay vibrant for years.
Can I return or replace my scarf?
Custom scarves are final sale. Defects or printing errors are replaced or refunded. Always double-check your design.
Do you offer bulk orders, discounts, or samples?
Yes. Discounts start at 15 scarves; bigger orders get bigger discounts. Samples available for 25+ scarves (fee credited to final order). Logos, photos, and monograms allowed.
How far in advance should I order for events?
Single scarf: 3–4 weeks
Small bulk: 4–6 weeks
Large bulk: 6–8 weeks
